Please advise how to get more accurate measurements


Use below tips to get the most accurate and consistent readings from your analyser:

  1. Use Smart Analyser while barefoot. The analyser cannot measure body fat percentage if you are wearing shoes or socks.
  2. Make sure your feet are dry before weighing yourself.
  3. Place your Smart Analyser on a hard, flat surface during use. Using the analyser on a soft surface - like carpet or linoleum - may affect the accuracy of the readings.
  4. Balance your weight evenly between both feet while standing on the device.
  5. Weigh yourself at the same time each day to see consistent trends. Your weight and body fat percentage will naturally vary over the course of the day.
  6. If your Smart Analyser is picked up and moved between measurements or stored sideways against a wall when not in use, the scale will go through a calibration process the next time it is used for weighing. Up to two consecutive weigh-ins will then be required before your analyser is recalibrated and again displays consistently accurate measurements.




Do I need to 'Pair' with Phone Bluetooth to get the Measurements?


No, its not required to "Pair" with your phone's Bluetooth. All you need to do is, turn on the Bluetooth and take the measurement. The App will connect to Smart Analyser and show the data in App.




Its shows "P1", "P2" on the scale, what is that?


The Analyser try to detect the person based on weight. The P1, P2 indicates, Person 1, Person 2 etc




It shows "Lo" on Analyser and doesn't take any measurements


"Lo" indicate the Low Battery. Please replace the batteries with new one and it will start working.

How can I take measurement for my family members?


The best way to do is, download the "Lifetrons Health" on your family members phone and get the measurements. or Sign-up with using family members phone number (Incase they don't have smart phone) on your phone & get the measurement. So the trends can be measured correctly.




Should I use my scale while I am pregnant?


It is not recommended to use the Scale for Pregnant women. Though there are no negative reports, but its better not to use. There's no harm using the Scale to just to check the weight, but do not use App.




I see different readings when I weigh, why is that?


First time use of scale will need up to 2-3 times of consecutive weigh-ins for calibration. After that it will display consistent results. The different reading can be show if you do not place your Smart Analyser on a hard, flat surface during use. Using the analyser on a soft surface - like carpet or linoleum - may affect the accuracy of the readings. Scale says connected but does not show data in App


It means the App is connected to Scale but cannot send data, this normally happens if you are wearing socks or there's something like a tip of pants covering the sensor etc. Make sure you stand on the scale bare-foot and try again. Please reachout to support@lifetrons.in if you have issues connecting to Scale.

My Scale doesn't start or Nothing shows up on LED


Normally this happens due to 2 problems: If Batteries are set incorrectly. Please see a quick video to see how to put the batteries correctly. Or see the quick image for the same. Another reason is there's a Rust on the battery compartment. There are multiple tips available on google if you search for it. We are sharing one of the simple video availabe on Youtube. Please check this video which shows how to remove the rust.
